Here's the video of my form. The video is off Joe's phone, I couldn't get the ones off the camera to upload. Oh well, this is harder to hear and not as good a quality, but I think that plays in my favor!
I actually stuck my heal on this one, but forgot a couple of other things...oops. Hopefully you can't tell, and if you can, I promise to try harder to please you next time.
