I got to spend all day yesterday at the hospital with my little sister, Maggi, while she delivered her first baby, a little boy! Technically, he wasn't that little, but relative to my own children, he's little.
He was born at 7:20pm, weighed 7lbs 15oz and was 19 1/2 inches long. The nurses were all convinced he was a 9lb baby because he's so chubby. He sure is cute and has a wonderful disposition.
I'm looking forward to spending some quality time with the little guy over the coming weeks, months and years. I'll post some pictures as soon as I've downloaded them to my computer.
Being THE favorite aunt is a tough job, but somebody has to do it!!!

I don't think I knew Maggi was pregnant. Congrats to her! That's fun that you two will have little ones pretty close to each other!!
Hooray! He came! Does he have a name? Does Mag have a blog?
Nope and Nope. I believe they are planning on naming him Porter, but haven't officially signed off on it. And, Mag's only does face book right now, she'll probably get into the blogging world now that she has someone else to blog about!
