Joe and I went up to the U of U Bookstore last month to check some stuff out. We had four of the kids with us and quickly became separated. I found Joe a while later practically glued to a life size plastic Master Chief...doll. The book store was allowing people to put their names in and then drawing a winner, who would then have to PAY to get it....Joe entered into the drawing. Today, my brother went and picked up the very large, very obnoxious Master Chief.

We are now the proud owners of our very own life size Master Chief...just what I've always wanted!!!!
And since we've already lost all of your respect with our video gaming ways, I will include this little tidbit...
Last weekend Joe and Ben bought Guitar Hero and Rock Band. We've all become fast addicts. I was playing Monday night by myself while Joe and Ben were off skiing. I was playing the song MAPS, on the Bass, on hard and scored a perfect 100%...not a single note missed...five stars...yes, I am that good!!!

I had Clay take my picture because I knew it would never be believed otherwise...and it will quite likely never happen again...

Wow, that is VERY impressive about guitar hero. I am MOST definitely NOT a fan, but Michael's family is and Allison and Mathew are. It was a big Christmas time activity. SO I know if you got 100% that is VERY impressive!
I don't even know who that guy is, but I would display him in your front window proudly!!!!! How fun1
Also, congrats on the Guitar Hero. I have got to get that game...
Wow, you've got some dang good hand/eye coordination! I've played once and was on the easiest level and got like 100 points... good times... :)
That Master Chief thing is really ... I don't even know how to best describe it! Reading the other comments made me think of the Christmas Story, where the dad displays the leg lamp in the window. How funny. I don't even know where I would put something like that - except for the front window - there actually is some space there!
